Ten distinctive guest rooms and suites, all with private bath, fireplace, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, DVD/VHS/CD players with movie library (no cable TV), clock radio and individual heat controls and air conditioning. Our beds are triple sheeted with down blankets, pillowtop mattresses and feather or comfort fill pillows. All guest baths offer generous bath towels, bath robes, hairdryers, glycerine and spa soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, shower caps, makeup remover and cotton balls.   All guests can enjoy our afternoon refreshments including homemade cookies, trail mix, hot cider or lemonade, complimentary liquor while a full gourmet breakfast is served in our dining room from 8-9 a.m.

 All guest rooms offer a VHS/DVD player with a TV (no cable) for use with our extensive complimentary video library of over 700 fine arts films and major motion pictures, available in the Inn’s office. CyberCafe with wireless Internet access is provided from our two wireless routers for your laptop as well as a fax/copy machine and use of our guest computer to check e-mails. Morning newspapers are located in the Inn’s living room as well as a telephone for guest use with complimentary local and U.S. long distance calling.

All rates below are double occupancy per night and are effective April 1, 2006 through March 1, 2007 Policies of the Inn | - Rates include a full gourmet breakfast for two and afternoon fresh baked cookies, snacks and refreshments (Seasonal lemonade with vodka, hot cider with brandy, iced tea with Southern Comfort). Breakfast is served from 8-9 a.m.
- Our office is open everyday throughout the year from 7 a.m to 7 p.m. After hours our answering service is turned on and an emergency night manager is always accessible by phone.
| | - All Rates quoted above are for double occupancy and do not include state and local taxes of 10.338% which must be charged on all guest stays. Each additional person, child or adult, in any room shall result in an additional charge of $25 per night per person.
| | - A full night’s deposit for a single night stay or a 50% deposit for a multiple night stay is charged to VISA or MasterCard to confirm the reservation. All balances are due in full at Check-in.
| | - Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for any refund of deposit and a $20 cancellation fee will be charged against all cancelled deposits. No refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, however, a gift certificate may be given for extenuating circumstances. For all major U.S. National Holidays there is a 14-day cancellation policy.
| | - Two-night minimum stay on weekends from April 1 to October 31 and on all major US holidays.
| | - For the comfort, safety and good health of all our guests and employees, The Inn at 410 is a smoke free environment inside our home. There are however outdoor smoking areas on the property. If you cannot comply with this requirement, please do not make a reservation or register with us. Violators are subject to an additional $200 charge, loss of deposit or charges already paid and loss of continued occupancy at the Inn. No candle or incense burning are allowed anywhere at the Inn. We have a zero tolerance policy on these matters.
| | - Check-in time is from 4 to 6 p.m. Please phone us if you are arriving after 6:30 p.m. to arrange for an after hours check-in. Please, no check-ins after 11 p.m. so as not to disturb other guests.

| | - Children 5 years of age and over are welcome in Dakota Suite or Suite Nature only and children over 10 in the Observatory and an additional charge of $25 per person per night shall apply.
