Savory Southwestern specialties, unique signature dishes or traditional breakfast foods are presented to you in the dining room or on our garden patio (summer) each morning from 8 to 9 am. Even such basic hearty breakfast fare as pancakes are transformed into an exciting taste experience with the addition of oatmeal, blueberries and our homemade berry glaze. Our breakfasts are creatively presented with fresh juice, fresh fruits or yogurt & fruit compote and breakfast bread accompanying our delicious entrees. Enjoy our freshly brewed expresso Roast coffee, hot tea selection or hot chocolate as our crackling fire warms your start to an exciting day ahead!
The Inn’s culinary creativity produced the award-winning Curried Cornbread Pudding with Pumpkin Sauce (Jones Dairy Farm B&B Recipe Contest) and has been featured on PBS-TV’s Country Inn Cooking with Gail Greco.
Have a special dietary need? Upon advance request we can offer vegan, wheat free and low carb alternative breakfast choices. As alternatives to our daily menu: simply eggs; scrambled, fried or an omlette, cereals both sugared and healthy choices, soy milk , bagel with cream cheese or oatmeal. If you are leaving early in the morning we are happy upon request to place a light breakfast in your room the night before.

Every afternoon we stock our Tea Table with fresh cookies from our oven along with seasonal iced tea or hot cider as well as a selection of hot teas or coffee. In addition, we always serve our vodka or brandy along with mixers. Relax inside or out and enjoy timeless tunes or the music of our feathered friends in the peace of our garden setting.
